Then: The Night Evelyn Came Out Of The Grave

A wealthy, unstable aristocrat (Anthony Steffen) is a wealthy English aristocrat who is still haunted by the memory of his late wife. He lures lookalikes to his castle to torture and kill them. When a young woman (Marina Malfatti) comes into his life, the aristocrat becomes more unhinged as bizarre murders and supernatural events circle him. A story of inheritance, suspicion, and an uneasy boundary between the living and the dead, director Emilio Miraglia weaves Hitchcock, Giallo, and Hammer horror together to make a feverish gothic film.
